【徽州裹粽】黃山民間小吃。米粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)全(quan)國各地(di)都有,但黃山(shan)地(di)區的粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)子卻獨具(ju)風味,在(zai)包法、形狀(zhuang)、內容(rong)上都與眾(zhong)不同(tong)。“徽州(zhou)裹粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)”大多(duo)是(shi)(shi)“枕頭粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)”。長(chang)大肥(fei)碩,兩道捆索,四只(zhi)角,形如枕頭。其(qi)品(pin)種(zhong)繁多(duo),有肉粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)、排骨(gu)粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)、棗栗粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)、豆(dou)沙粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)、紅豆(dou)粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。值得一(yi)提的是(shi)(shi)灰(hui)汁粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong),灰(hui)汁粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)先用草木(mu)灰(hui)濾(lv)水(shui)拌糯米裹制而成,因(yin)堿(jian)性重,粘(zhan)性強,吃(chi)起來特別(bie)可口(kou)綿軟,又便于(yu)短期存放,所以深受(shou)食(shi)客青睞。“徽州(zhou)裹粽(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)(zong)”是(shi)(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)營(ying)養豐富、衛生方便、風味可口(kou)的旅游食(shi)品(pin)。
